really good stay!
elegant decorations excellent shower wide array
i received an upgrade to a suite. the room featured a very high ceiling and elegant decorations. i found the shower excellent and appreciated the bathroom amenities. breakfast offered a wide array of options and tasted delicious.
after i checked out, i realized i had left an item at the hotel , i did not receive a call back from the reception , which i found slightly suspicious.

breakfast service included a person dedicated to preparing omelets and scrambled eggs. the coffee was expertly made. fresh pastries were available daily.

elevator malfunction rude staff
The location was acceptable. It was close to main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas..
I encountered some issues. The elevator was out of service , a considerable inconvenience. I also found the early morning staff quite rude during the check-in process. This initial experience was quite disappointing, and it soured my overall impression.

The breakfast room was excellent. Breakfast was a pure delight each morning with staff that couldn't do enough for you. I had a junior suite. It was massive with a comfortable bed.
The room was located on a quiet piazza (it was TOO quiet for me).

fresh eggs great location non-functional tv low bed
The breakfast service was WONDERFUL. i particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs prepared to order, it was a real treat. the hotel's location was also beneficial. I could quickly reach various attractions.
the tv in my room didn't function at all, it was a slight inconvenience. the bed felt quite low to the ground, it wasn't ideal for my preference.

dirty room electrics malfunction
the staff were helpful regarding directions.
the door lock was temperamental and difficult to manage. the room was quite dirty and several electrics did not function, presenting a real inconvenience.

The breakfast was amazing. It had huge fresh options. the staff was kind and friendly too, especially the bartender and those serving breakfast.
The room was not cleaned well. The sheets were never changed. also, the bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned .
