the breakfast was acceptable. there were quite a few options to choose from.
The room i got was not like the pictures. it looked quite dirty. also, the early morning staff at 5 am was rude. Their disrespectful behavior during the check process was shocking. i would have expected much more from a hotel like this.

i received an upgrade to a suite. the room featured a very high ceiling and elegant decorations. i found the shower excellent and appreciated the bathroom amenities. breakfast offered a wide array of options and tasted delicious.
after i checked out, i realized i had left an item at the hotel , i did not receive a call back from the reception , which i found slightly suspicious.

The breakfast room was excellent. Breakfast was a pure delight each morning with staff that couldn't do enough for you. I had a junior suite. It was massive with a comfortable bed.
The room was located on a quiet piazza (it was TOO quiet for me).

The breakfast service was WONDERFUL. i particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs prepared to order, it was a real treat. the hotel's location was also beneficial. I could quickly reach various attractions.
the tv in my room didn't function at all, it was a slight inconvenience. the bed felt quite low to the ground, it wasn't ideal for my preference.

The room was not cleaned well. The sheets were never changed. also, the bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned .
